Marlow hotel accommodation

Boutique hotel in Marlow-on-Thames

Near town centre and railway station

Welcome to Glade End

Our hotel in Marlow is one of a growing number of independent places of accommodation best described as ‘boutique hotels’. We provide what we believe is a more personal service and distinct accommodation in contrast to the ‘sameness’ you get at the branded hotel chains. All our rooms are unique, with fine soft furnishings and antiques. We are also in the heart of the town.

We have the important facilities you expect of an hotel, including wireless internet access, (at no charge) but we do not provide an evening meal or bar service. This is because you’ll be staying just a few minutes’ stroll from Marlow town centre where you’ll be faced by a bewildering array of fine restaurants and pubs to suit every pocket. Room service is not available, but there are hospitality trays in all rooms, including a free bottle of water.  We do offer you the services of a professional chef to cook you a delicious breakfast to order.

Marlow-on-Thames has a long history dating back to the Doomsday Book. Latterly the town has been home to many famous authors, poets and sportsmen on whom we are proud to theme our Marlow hotel.

One of our bedrooms is themed on Jerome K. Jerome whose Three Men in a Boat had their adventures on the nearby River Thames which is a must to visit on a sunny day.

The Compleat Angler is located by the famous suspension bridge on the river. If you're attending a function there you'll have a pleasant stroll there down the High Street, to and from our hotel in Marlow and save money.

Note our good position with regard to the road infrastructure: easy access to M40 and M4 and nearby towns of Maidenhead and High Wycombe

Check out our availability, choose from 10 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, book up and have a wonderful stay.
